Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update the asset management database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on asset status and performance for management review.
  • Conduct periodic asset audits to verify the existence and condition of assets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper asset management practices.

Field Audit Responsibilities:

  • Recording and maintaining all production and processing reports for audit & reporting to production manager.
  • Ensure the preparation of different type of milks with standard parameter (standardization)
  • Supervise the quality control procedure and ensure all products meet the specific criteria
  • Maintain record of daily production maintains statistical information. Responsible for all dairy products manufacturing process
  • Follows all FDA/FASSAI /HACCP/ISO 2200 regulations & guidelines
  • Coordinates with other Management to establish quality, product standards along with cost controls
  • Directs & plans production while establishing priorities to make the plant as efficient and cost effective as possible.
  • Analyzes production to determine causes of nonconformity
  • Implements operations procedures & methods- SOP
